Dr. Abreu using a laptop computer. The MetroWest Health Foundation is a catalyst for a healthy MetroWest, providing over $5 million in annual financial support to meet the unmet health needs of the region.

Grants

The Foundation supports programs that directly benefit the health of those who live or work in one of the 25 communities in the MetroWest area.

What We Fund
We generally solicit proposals in the spring and fall of each year from eligible nonprofit and government organizations for specific initiatives. Grant initiatives may vary each funding cycle and are subject to change.

How to Apply

Organizations interested in applying for a grant are encourage to submit a concept paper prior to a full proposal.

Scholarships

Having talented health care providers is a vital component of a healthy MetroWest. The Foundation’s scholarship program helps local students by providing financial aid so they can become our region’s future health care workforce.

What We Fund
Scholarships are available to students who live in one of the 25 towns in our MetroWest service area and have been accepted into an eligible nursing, medical or clinical program at an accredited academic institution.
