Foundation Elects New Board Member
February 7, 2012
The Foundation today announced the election of Anne Marie Boursiquot King to its Board of Trustees.
Boursiquot King is the director of grants and policy at Tufts Health Plan Foundation Inc. in Watertown, Mass., where she is responsible for the management of the foundation’s $2.8 million grantmaking program. Boursiquot King previously was the manager of community partnerships and volunteerism at Tufts Health Plan.
Prior to joining Tufts in 2005, Boursiquot King worked as Assistant Vice President for Global Employee Communications at State Street Corp. in Boston. She was also the Director of Communications at Atmospheric and Environmental Research Inc. in Cambridge.
“Anne Marie brings a great combination of hands-on grantmaking and communications expertise to the work of the Foundation,” said Henry Barr, chair of the MetroWest Health Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
Boursiquot King, a resident of Sudbury, will serve a three-year term. She replaces Brenda Thompson Stuckey of Marlborough who stepped down in December after five years of service on the board.
